I ordered this product for my husband for Father's Day. He opened his gift on Father's Day to discover that it had several dents in it and it was lopsided. I returned the product and requested a replacement. My replacement arrived within 2 days, but it was THE SAME PRODUCT. They returned the exact same spice rack to me...dents and all. I'm keeping it because I don't want to go to all that trouble again, but I will NEVER again purchase anything from this company. I would have given this product zero stars, but Amazon wouldn't let me.
